How quickly do we see working software?

Every fortnight. Sprints produce working software from the first iteration, and by Day 30 you have real functionality running in staging against your own data shapes, not slideware.

Can our operations keep running during a migration?

That is the point of parallel execution. New interfaces are built and stress-tested beside the live system, and cutovers are parallel run and reversible, so the business never holds its breath.

Do you work agile with our internal team?

Yes, in your cadence or ours. Our engineers join your sprints, boards, and ceremonies when you have them, or bring the structure when you do not. Continuous delivery applies either way.

What happens after go-live?

Phase four never really ends. Production support, integration monitoring, and fractional technical leadership continue for as long as the system matters, with 24/7 cover available.
