Talk to an engineer within 24 hours

There is no sales funnel here and no qualification bot. Your message lands with the engineers who would actually do the work, and the reply tells you what we would look at first.

New enquiries

Our client support team reads every enquiry between 9am and 5pm AEST on weekdays and replies within 24 hours, and nothing goes into a ticket queue to die.

Free discovery session

A technical problem sits behind every discovery request, so these go straight to a senior engineer. The first conversation costs nothing: describe the problem and we come back with a proposed approach.

Existing clients

Production matters do not wait for office hours. Clients on support agreements have a dedicated internal communication stream, where the standby team picks up around the clock.

What to put in the first email

Three things are enough. With them, our first reply can be useful rather than a meeting request.

01

The problem, in a paragraph

The system or situation in your own words. Green screens, a SaaS bill, an AI idea your board keeps raising: whatever it is, plain language beats a specification.

02

The rough scale

How many users, sites, records, or calls are involved. A number within an order of magnitude is plenty, and it shapes the first answer more than anything else.

03

The deadline or the trigger

A retiring developer, an expiring contract, a season that cannot be missed. If something started this conversation, tell us what it was.
